Chatjet is perfectly suited for being used as an extension to an existing call-center. Above you can see an image of our sales chat. Whenever a potential buyer is joining it, our customer consultants are informed by a pop-up window. If no customer consultants responds to that pop-up window within 10 seconds, an audio warning will remind him again.
