Whatever your needs may be - Chatjet is able to cope with them. Even highly specialized types of chat can be implemented using Chatjet's broad range of features. The users of this internal broker chat room are able to send their messages together with a priority mark. When doing so the chat window of all users who currently are working in a different window will pop up to the top so no one misses the important message.

As you can see here the chat is designed to only consume very little space on the screen so it does not hide other windows the users are working in. If a user wants to move his attention to the chat, he can switch the chat to full screen mode - the layout and even the fonts used are resized seamlessly.
The chat uses an extended type of real-time transcript - if a user happens to have missed the start of the conversation, all messages he missed are "replayed" in the chat after joining it. Also copies of the transcripts are archived each night for documentation purposes. It's also possible to leave messages to users who are not watching the chat - these messages will stay as a post-it like window on the receivers desktop.

As security of course is an important point for mission-critical chats, the complete chat and all transfers are encrypted using secure 128 bit SSL.
